Garry's POV~

I was so grateful to have my old blue rose back. I missed it so much! There was just one thing that was bothering me. I walked over to Marzia who was cuddling Pewds.
'Marzia! We should go look for a tree for Christmas!' I said this with a look that said 'I NEED TO TALK TO YOU RIGHT NOW!' she understood and said goodbye to Pewdie.
Once we were outside she stopped me.
'That's not what you wanted me for is it?' come on! Tell me!'
'okay then. I was just wondering about Pewdie's yellow rose. It looks a lot like Mary's, doesn't it?' she turned away to the woods.
'we should start looking for a tree y'know!-'
'LOOK AT ME MARZIA! WHY? WHY WOUD YOU DO THAT TO HIM?'
'BECAUSE I HAD NO CHOICE!'
'I was stunned for a second then realised what she was talking about .'Y-you mean he's back?'
'Yes.'

Pewdie's POV~

It was Christmas eve and me and Maria went out hunting for the banquet. We went about six meters into the forest before we lost all seriousness at the pond. It was Christmas after all! We stopped at the frozen ice and slid on it for about 10 minutes before the ice cracked. We lay down by the edge of the pond before I turned to her. She giggled and sneaked of into the forest. I followed. I found myself in a clearing and the sun beat down on me, the grass was dry and it felt like summer here. I saw her behind a tree humming a melody. She looked like a little elf. Her hood was up and it pointed, her straight raven hair coming out from under it and her delicate hand plucked up a few fox gloves and lavender stalks.
'What'cha doin' red riding hood?' I laughed as she scowled at me.
'well I have a lamb a pheasant and a hare...'
'really?'
'No not really dumbass!' she poked her tongue out at me. ' I have a pig a rabbit and a pigeon!'
'Meh, close enough right?' we chuckled. Her laugh sounded nice. Like the tinkling of bells. Maybe I should start calling her Tinkerbell! ' So what about the song you were humming hmm?'
'Yea, what about it?'
'Sing for me!' I rested my head on her lap as she made a wreath out of the flowers and grasses around me.
' Marzia won't like this you know!'
'Heh, she doesn't like a lot of things! Besides, she's out with Piggeh finding a tree and screaming orders!' why was I talking about her like this? I love her so much! I could feel Maria's legs tense and flinch a bit.
'Fine...' She said after a few moments.' But just this once!' she started to hum the tune and hope that I would be sleepy enough to think she was actually singing.
'wow! I didn't know you had such a soft singing voice after all that yelling in the mansion!'
' f-fine. The song goes like this:

Her sounded voice was so soft and gentle. She sounded like an angel. While in my half asleep state, she got up abruptly (causing me to land uncomfortably on the ground) and said in her usual loud voice
'That's enough sweetness for today! It's making me sick!' i groaned as I struggled to get up.
'You pick those mushrooms and I'll go ahead!' I obediently picked the mushrooms as i tried to get my brain to function properly. After five minutes she returned empty handed but with a horrified look on her face.
'Pewdie....You might want to see this.'
